Job summary

PRO-spectus is seeking an Access Manager Pharmacy Technician (CPhT license required) to drive patient access from prescription intake to treatment initiation in a remote US setting.

This role combines patient access, reimbursement expertise, and pharmacy technician knowledge to address coverage, authorization, processing, and affordability barriers, collaborating with payors, providers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence; NABP certification preferred.
• Experience in prescription processing, reimbursement, prior authorization, and patient access required.
• Remote-forward role requiring strong organization and independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end patient access from prescription intake through treatment initiation, including benefit verification and prior authorization support.
• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, payors, and internal teams to resolve barriers to access.
• Monitor case status and ensure timely documentation and compliance with privacy requirements.
• Provide education to providers on program processes and required documentation.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about next steps and outstanding requirements.
