Job summary

Visante LLC is seeking a Medication Access Specialist (Remote) to support patients, pharmacists, and providers. You will streamline intake, navigate insurance, and identify financial assistance to improve access and outcomes. Collaboration with clinics, PBMs, and the Visante team is essential for efficient workflows.

Required: 3+ years in pharmacy access, HS diploma, and state registration where applicable. Preferred: CPhT and revenue-cycle experience with prior authorizations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of pharmacy experience in healthcare or with medication access.
• Pharmacy revenue cycle experience and prior authorization know‑how preferred.
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration within 2 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient intake and liaison among clinics, pharmacies and patients.
• Conduct benefits investigations to determine coverage and costs.
• Identify assistance programs to reduce financial burden for patients.
• Gather docs for prior authorization and escalate denials when needed.
• Coordinate with clinics on next steps after insurance denials.
• Communicate coverage options and follow up with patients and clinics.
