Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to complete background investigations and obtain/maintain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Review and convert patent application data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze, verify, and validate application data for completeness and accuracy; identify corrective actions.
• Compare data/images to source documents and edit accordingly.
• Deliver updated and final files for publication after quality review.
• Identify complex items needing special handling (tables, formulas, chemistry).
• Assist with publication document rendering and formatting per rules.
