Job summary

Time Manufacturing Company is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative. This fully remote position requires residing in the Lehigh Valley PA area, with occasional in-office presence as needed.

You will drive aftermarket revenue by selling parts, service, inspections, and maintenance agreements while nurturing customer relationships throughout the lifecycle. Qualifications

• 1–3 years in aftersales, aftermarket or service environments.
• Proven ability to develop and manage accounts in a B2B sales context.
• Strong communication, presentations and customer training skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket revenue across parts, service, and maintenance offerings.
• Conduct field visits, fleet reviews, and business development in territory.
• Develop new accounts and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Lead in-service meetings and coordinate handoffs from Equipment Sales.
• Maintain aftermarket relationships and document activities in CRM.
