Taylor Northeast is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Representative to grow our forklift parts, service, rental, and sales presence in Allentown, PA. You will cultivate an established customer base through aftermarket solutions while coordinating with our sales and operations teams to fulfill demand.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-driven, able to multi-task, with strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Develop and execute market strategy for Allentown territory.
• Expand after-market parts, service, rental and sales presence.
• Make sales and support calls, presentations, and communications between customers and network.
• Increase aftermarket equipment sales and profits.
• Identify and address customer problems and opportunities.
• Call on current and potential customers to grow accounts.
• Collaborate with local management to grow service accounts and rentals.
• Provide timely follow-up with customers, managers, and staff.
