Job summary

The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is seeking a Partnerships Associate to grow our campus network by identifying prospective higher education partners and securing qualified meetings.

This learn-and-grow role reports to the SVP of Partnerships, collaborates with the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, and builds skills in research, prioritization, and outreach across U.S. colleges, with a clear path to more senior roles while maintaining a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to roughly two years of professional experience.
• Genuine excitement for outreach and relationship-building with a willingness to research and follow up.
• Organized and dependable with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with varied stakeholders.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn business development for higher education.

Responsibilities

• Execute personalized outbound outreach to prospective partner institutions.
• Own timely follow-up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to create qualified meetings.
• Conduct thoughtful research on prospective institutions to identify priorities and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Demand Generation to strengthen outreach workflows.
