Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment in delivering programs, coordinating multiple resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage projects end-to-end, collaborating with customers, vendors, cross-functional teams, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, tracking risks, and delivering progress reports, while fostering continuous improvement and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or understanding of PMI principles (Preferred).
• Flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.
• Understand team dynamics and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and external customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and be responsive to questions and requests.
• Serve as the point-of-contact to customers and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.
• Interpret and meet customer expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to close.
• Maintain project management plan, requirements, schedule, and documentation.
• Network with stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Support implementation of SOWs and contracts.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
