Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment in delivering complex programs remotely. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to meet project goals and ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in project management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and MS Office proficiency. PMP is a plus; some travel may be required. Pearson offers a flexible, remote-friendly environment and dynamic team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or demonstrate PMI principles (Preferred).
• Flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to make decisions based upon limited information.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.
• Understand team dynamics and foster a positive team environment.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal/written communication skills and ability to present.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal resources and external customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service with timely responses.
• Serve as point-of-contact for day-to-day execution.
• Interpret and meet customer expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiate to close.
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
• Network with stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Support SOWs and contracts and manage scope, timeline, and costs.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.
