Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or PMI principles understanding preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer service and project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and project software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to close.
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, internal resources, subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure quality standards and oversee deliverables.
• Support statements of work and change requests.
• Monitor scope, schedule and cost; mitigate risks as needed.
• Prepare internal/external status reports and communications.
