Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Adtech Partnerships Manager to own global SSP/DSP relationships, drive revenue growth, and optimize performance across display, video, CTV, and audio. You will coordinate with Product, Technology, and Demand Operations to align roadmaps and deliver measurable value.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in adtech, deep programmatic knowledge, and strong negotiation skills to manage major partners, with a data-driven approach to improve revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

6–10 years in adtech or programmatic advertising with revenue growth focus.
Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem: Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, schain.
Proven ability to manage strategic relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of global SSP/DSP partnerships and drive growth.
Lead revenue planning, performance tracking, and optimization across channels.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Technology to resolve disputes and optimize terms.
Build dashboards and processes to provide visibility into partner performance.
