University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Manager of Partnership Development to lead scaling and expansion of OnRamps through strategic partnership engagement with K12, higher education, and agencies. This role reports to the Director and Executive Director and requires strong relationship management across diverse stakeholders.

The position supports development strategies, data-driven evaluation, and continuous improvement to drive growth and sustainability.

Competenze

• Master's degree in education, higher education, policy, or closely related field.
• Five+ years of professional experience in K12 or higher education environments, including at least three years in a leadership or management role.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.
• Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences using a respectful, client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated understanding of high school teaching and learning.
• Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS.
• Demonstrated ability to teach oneself new things, develop mastery, and adjust to rapidly changing needs with an organization.
• Five years of clinical or teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Experience providing support or instructional coaching to teachers, administrators, or related groups.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

• Manages and evaluates targets and strategies for acquisition, retention, growth, and outcome targets for partnerships.
• Represents the organization at professional meetings and conferences to strengthen visibility and identify opportunities.
• Documents and monitors partnership records and effective communications through CRM systems.
• Develops forms, tools, and resources to capture required documentation, improves operational efficiency, and streamlines communication.
