Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment programs and coordinate with customers, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure delivery and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes project management, client communication, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years PM experience are preferred; PMP is a plus. This full-time role offers flexible work options and remote work considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or understanding of PMI principles (Preferred).
• Flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to make decisions based on limited information.
• Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.
• Understand team dynamics and foster a positive team environment.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal/written communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond timely to questions and requests.
• Serve as a point-of-contact to customers and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.
• Manage the project life cycle from initiation to close.
• Maintain the project management plan, requirements, schedule and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including customers, vendors, subcontractors to meet goals.
• Support creation and management of SOWs and change requests.
• Monitor scope, schedule and costs; implement approved changes.
