Job summary

Certinia is seeking a Partner Technical Manager (PTM) at the P3 level to drive partner success across implementation, integration, and platform guidance. You will manage partner onboarding, provide expert guidance, and act as the escalation point for key delivery blockers.

The role emphasizes adoption of Certinia Leading Practices and strong architectural integrity across PSA, CS, and FM projects. You will collaborate with partners to map product features to core services business requirements,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or partner enablement.
Demonstrated expertise in PSA software implementations (e.g., Certinia, Rocketlane, NetSuite OpenAir, Kantata)
Strong communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working globally with cross-functional management

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Enablement: Execute structured onboarding plans for new partners; conduct technical deep-dive workshops and assess partner readiness.
Leading Practices: Advocate for Leading Practices; ensure use of standard templates and playbooks; resolve blockers.
System Optimization and Technical Communications: Maintain leading practices collateral; track partner KPIs across internal systems.
Consulting Practice: Provide guidance for PSA/CS/FM implementations; review designs for integration and business logic alignment.
