Zusammenfassung

Insurity is seeking a Mission-driven Partner Success Manager to drive the Insurity Partner Program lifecycle across System Integrators and Technology Partners. You will own onboarding, ongoing operations, and joint GTM initiatives to build a qualified pipeline and revenue for both Insurity and partners.

Role requires 5–7 years in enterprise SaaS Partner Success, strong program knowledge, and experience with SFDC PRM. We offer remote work options, open PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

5–7 years of enterprise SaaS Partner Success experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of partner programs, lifecycle, and GTM motions.
Experience with SFDC PRM and partner ecosystem tooling is a plus.
Analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication.

Aufgaben

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Insurity Partner Program (IPP) and onboarding of Partners.
Coordinate partner lifecycle, lead follow-ups, and joint GTM initiatives.
Design and refine AI automation processes to improve efficiency and throughput.
Monitor partner performance and reporting; manage sponsorships and events.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance on partner-related activities.
