Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Partner Success Manager I to align with partner leadership and build lasting relationships, helping partners progress on their transformation journey. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI and adoption of ConnectWise solutions.

You will monitor partner health metrics, renewals, and growth opportunities, and lead quarterly business reviews to strengthen strategic alignment and minimize risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in partner or customer success.
• Experience with SaaS business models and renewals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align with partners at leadership level and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ROI and adoption.
• Monitor usage, health indicators, renewal dates, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular QBRs with partners to assess performance and alignment.
• Identify risks and escalate with leadership as needed.
