Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact on standard customer engagements.
• Deliver demonstrations and align technical solutions with customer requirements.
• Coordinate pre-sales meetings to determine technical requirements.
• Develop and present solution strategy to stakeholders for validation and buy-in.
• Collaborate with Global Services to ensure smooth transfer of information.
• Create internal documentation reflecting solution activities and strategy.
• Provide technical responses for RFPs and proposals.
• Share best practices and contribute to documentation and reusable assets.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences and events.
