Hyland is seeking a Partner Solution Engineer (GSI focused) to drive technical integrations with ISVs, GSIs and hyperscalers from our India-based remote team. You will translate partner requirements into actionable technical work, enable partners with training and architecture guidance, and support co-sell opportunities with Hyland's product engineering teams.

You will manage multiple integrations and contribute to documentation while helping Hyland position solutions in joint go-to-market

Formación

• 5–7 years in technical partnerships or solution engineering.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
• Ability to coordinate multiple integrations and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical point of contact on standard customer engagements.
• Coordinate customer pre-sales meetings and determine technical requirements.
• Create a demonstration of the solution strategy using OnBase knowledge as applicable.
• Present demonstration of proposed solution to customer stakeholders for validation.
• Coordinate with Global Services to ensure seamless transfer of information.
• Compose internal documentation reflecting all activity related to the solution strategy.
• Provide technical responses for RFPs.
• Provide input to improve internal efficiencies and stay updated on best practices.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences and events.
