Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Partner Solution Consultant/Engineer (GSI focused) to drive technical integrations with partners, deliver enablement, and align with go-to-market strategies. This remote, India-based role collaborates with product and engineering to translate partner requirements into actionable work.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in technical partnerships or solution engineering, strong API, cloud, and healthcare IT knowledge, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical Sales experience with healthcare imaging.
• Understanding of the healthcare IT landscape.
• Proven experience with PACSGEAR solutions.
• Strong understanding of DICOM, XDS, HL7, VNA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact on standard customer engagements.
• Coordinate customer pre-sales meetings and determine technical requirements.
• Create a demonstration of the solution strategy, applying basic OnBase and best practice knowledge.
• Present demonstration of proposed solution to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in.
• Coordinate meeting with Global Services to transition key information; remain actively involved in process to ensure seamless transfer of customer.
• Compose internal documentation that fully reflects all activity related to the solution strategy.
• Provide technical responses for RFPs.
• Consistently provide input on how to improve internal efficiencies; grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences and events.
