Hyland is seeking a Partner Solution Engineer (GSI focused) to drive technical integrations with global partners from a remote India-based location. You will enable partners technically, translate requirements into actionable work for product and engineering, and coordinate with sales for co-sell opportunities.

You will manage multiple integration initiatives with ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers, shaping architecture, documentation, and reusable patterns while communicating effectively with both

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in technical partnerships, solution engineering, integrations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering to translate partner requirements into actionable technical work.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations or partner initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive execution of technical integration efforts with partners (ISVs, GSIs, hyperscalers), ensuring alignment to requirements and visibility into partner architectures and roadmaps.
• Deliver partner technical enablement including training, documentation, and architecture guidance for onboarding and readiness.
• Partner with Partner Sales Managers to ensure technical readiness for co-sell opportunities and translate integrations into technical value propositions.
• Act as a senior liaison between partner technical teams and Hyland Product Engineering, tracking blockers impacting integration or partner success.
• Support solution validation, technical discovery, and customer architecture discussions to drive go-to-market execution.
• Contribute to improving documentation and reusable technical assets, scaling repeatable integration patterns.
