Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a remote, hourly, non-exempt specialist focused on eligibility, QLEs, contributions, and account maintenance. You will support cross-functional teams, develop dashboards, and assist with process improvements to meet client SLAs.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, organizational skills, and familiarity with Salesforce, with a capability to adapt to evolving business needs and complex issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years in customer service, account management, operations, or project management preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands and use problem-solving strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist PSA I team in reviewing complex inquiries and advise on process improvements.
• Create and maintain metrics and dashboards for visibility and improvement opportunities.
• Report team metrics to Service Delivery Managers and Partner Services Analysts.
• Resolve cases in relationship management queues related to eligibility, contributions, claims, and billing.
• Research defects in customer-facing processes and design solutions for improvements.
