Responsibilities

• Provide system and operational training for clients and team members.
• Handle ad hoc requests and follow proper procedures to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide inquiry research and resolution for member-level issues.
• Log, track and report progress of issue resolution to contact center and account teams.
• Provide website assistance for assigned clients.
