Job summary

HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a remote team member to handle eligibility, QLE, contributions, and account maintenance cases. You will support open season updates, billing coordination, and client communication with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, Salesforce familiarity, and delivering service with a customer-first mindset in a non-exempt hourly position.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of customer service, account management, operations, or project management experience.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with HealthEquity call center operations or quick learning of related processes.

Responsibilities

• Review complex inquiries and advise teammates on process improvements.
• Create and report metrics and dashboards to track performance and improvements.
• Report team metrics to Service Delivery Managers and Partners Analysts.
• Resolve cases in relationship management queues related to eligibility, contributions, claims, and overpayments.
• Research defects in customer processes and design strategies for improvements.
• Coordinate with third-party premium administrators on refunds and inquiries.
