Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; experience may be considered.
• 5–8 years in partner program, project management, or related roles in tech.
• Demonstrated Get-Stuff-Done mindset with ability to handle complex environments.
• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate guidelines into assets and updates.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization and scale of partner programs; automate manual workflows.
• Own problem-solving across the partner lifecycle with repeatable solutions.
• Optimize onboarding, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows for external ecosystems.
• Accelerate partner revenue by reducing friction and streamlining incentives.
• Manage vendor capabilities and adapt data models for scale.
• Lead cross-functional project execution with product, marketing, sales, legal, and tech teams.
