Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Partner Experience Manager to enhance how partners engage with the portfolio across the lifecycle. You will own the Partner Portal, define roadmaps, governance, and audience strategies, and partner with RevOps, IT, Enablement, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, self-service experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner operations, channel ops, or related roles.
• Ability to improve partner, customer, or external user journeys across digital touchpoints.
• Translate business needs into scalable processes, workflows, and system capabilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, technical teams, and GTM functions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Experience Cloud, partner portals, or PRM systems.
• Strong process design, requirements development, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading structured partner or customer feedback efforts with synthesis into themes and actions.
• Strong written communication, prioritization, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own Partner Portal business roadmap, adoption objectives, and governance aligned to priorities.
• Govern content standards, taxonomy, audience targeting, approval, publishing, and lifecycle.
• Own business roadmap for Partner Portal and lifecycle experience improvements across onboarding and self-service.
• Define and manage priorities and acceptance criteria for modernization of the Partner Portal.
• Define role-based access, entitlements, audience targeting, and content governance.
• Identify and prioritize experience improvements across enrollment, onboarding, and partner workflows.
• Define partner self-service capabilities and portal-enabled workflows for onboarding, quoting, and ordering.
• Represent Partner Portal in IT initiatives (quote-to-order, case management, self-service).
• Identify friction and translate findings into scalable process or system improvements.
• Lead Voice of Partner activities and advisory planning; track follow-through.
