Job summary

Alteryx seeks a Partner Experience Manager to own the Partner Portal roadmap and partner lifecycle across onboarding, support, and self-service. You will define experience priorities, governance, and audience targeting while collaborating with RevOps, IT, Enablement, and GTM teams to improve partner engagement.

Responsibilities include structured Voice of Partner programs, content governance, and measurements of adoption and business impact for the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes and systems.
Experience leading structured partner or customer feedback efforts.
Strong written communication and cross-functional influence.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and partner portals.
Proven ability to manage partner journeys and onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

Own the Partner Portal business roadmap and governance.
Define partner journeys and acceptance criteria for portal and self-service.
Lead Voice of Partner activities and advisory planning.
Coordinate with IT on quote-to-order and case management capabilities.
Drive adoption metrics and content governance for partner materials.
Monitor partner enrollment, onboarding, and support workflows.
