Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a highly organized Partner Operations Program Manager (Contract) to support a global education-focused partner ecosystem for Microsoft. You will manage day-to-day partner operations, enablement, reporting, and financial processes while coordinating cross-functional teams across finance, legal, marketing, and product.

The role is remote with time-zone flexibility, 8-month duration, and a pay rate of $47–$52 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Partner Operations or related field.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, deliverables, dependencies, timelines.
• Experience supporting external partners through onboarding, ongoing operations, reviews, reporting and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience managing invoicing, payments, royalties, order tracking, reporting or related commercial operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex activities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience creating business processes, templates, workflows and scalable tools.
• Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and developing practical improvements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience producing reports, presentations, executive updates and operational communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience supporting education, technology, software or channel programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationships with external partners ensuring activities and commitments stay on track.
• Coordinate onboarding, enablement programs, business reviews, operational planning and partner engagement.
• Serve as a central coordination point between external partners and internal stakeholders across business, finance, legal, marketing, product and operations.
• Prepare and support quarterly business reviews, partner meetings, status updates and follow-up actions.
• Track deliverables, milestones, approvals, risks, dependencies, blockers and actions for execution.
• Manage operational and business reporting including monthly reports and partner performance tracking.
• Coordinate invoicing, royalty payments, order information management and related financial workflows.
• Monitor activities and raise issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, actions, risks and procedures.
• Develop scalable tools, templates, and resources for onboarding and lifecycle management.
