Job summary

Human Capital Education (HCE) is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to join the Growth Services team. This role focuses on developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans for university partners, translating goals into executable campaigns and providing actionable insights to partners and internal teams.

You’ll work with Performance Marketing, Content, Creative and Analytics to move programs forward and report on enrollment funnels, CPL, and campaign results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in higher education or related services.
• Generalist marketing across two or more channels (digital, content, enrollment, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or GA4.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned university partners across digital, content, and enrollment marketing.
• Translate partner goals into briefs, timelines, and channel plans; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Digital/Paid Media, Content, Creative, and Analytics teams to optimize programs.
• Pull regular performance reports and support partner business reviews with actionable insights.
• Build strong partner relationships through responsiveness and clear communication.
