Job summary

Human Interest is scaling its Partner Program to reach more small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The Partner Account Manager will engage, develop, and expand key accounts, building networks with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues, establish goals, and measure performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB space.
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales and partner development.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB.
• Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to promote partner sales through events, email, webinars, etc.
• Set business goals and metrics with partners and drive go-to-market and demand-generation activities.
