Job summary

Human Capital Education is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Services team. You will move fluidly across digital, content, and enrollment marketing for university partners, turning goals into executable plans and guiding programs from kickoff through optimization.

Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, and Analytics to translate data into actionable guidance for partners and internal stakeholders, reporting on enrollment funnel metrics and program

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education or agencies serving higher ed
• Generalist marketing background across two or more: digital/paid media, content marketing, SEO, email/lifecycle, analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels
• Strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting performance updates
• Working familiarity with Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or GA4

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned university partners across digital, content, and enrollment marketing
• Translate partner goals and program priorities into campaign briefs, timelines, and channel plans
• Apply best practices in audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection based on data and prior performance
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives from kickoff through launch, reporting, and optimization
• Pull together performance reporting for partner-facing and internal use
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with partners, translating data into takeaways and next steps
• Build strong working relationships with partner stakeholders and cross-functional teams
