Job summary

The Channel Company is seeking a proactive Partner Marketing Manager to support AWS clients by guiding their partners through Industry Partner Marketing programs. This role blends digital marketing, client success, project management, and communication to drive demand and growth across partner networks.

You'll act as a strategic marketing advisor, developing programs that motivate partner engagement, manage MDF funds, and report performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in partner marketing, focusing on digital and demand generation.
• Background in B2B marketing or agency environments preferred.
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure performance and optimize results.
• Excellent communicator with client-facing and internal collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic marketing advisor to partners - accelerate their success with personalized guidance on go-to-market planning, execution and reporting.
• Support the client in developing effective marketing programs that inspire partners to engage, leveraging internal tools and external agencies.
• Own marketing program execution from end to end, including demand generation, integrated digital programs, and coordinated partner marketing motions.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships through weekly check-ins, email communications, and performance reviews.
• Guide partners through the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including working with third-party agencies and measuring ROI.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to report on marketing performance and ensure ongoing alignment with business goals.
• Support partners in navigating the client's marketing platform and tools, offering training and best practices.
