Job summary

Chaos is seeking a Marketing Manager based in Bulgaria with hybrid or remote options. You will own partner marketing plans and enablement programs to drive partner-sourced demand.

You will coordinate with Channel Managers to align goals, campaigns, and enablement content across product marketing, direct sales, and regional teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in channel roles, experience with MDF/co-op funds, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel or partner-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with indirect sales, resellers, VARs, distributors.
• Experience managing MDF, co-op funds, or similar budgets.
• Experience building training programs or certification paths for a sales-facing audience.
• Experience creating partner-facing product documentation and sales plays.
• Strong written and spoken English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner marketing plans with channel managers and regional priorities.
• Lead channel communications including newsletters, portals, and release notes.
• Create and manage annual joint marketing plans with partners and track performance.
• Oversee the Partner Development Fund (PDF) program and track ROI.
• Own partner enablement: LMS curriculum, certification paths, and training delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Direct Sales, and GTM teams to align plans.
