Job summary

Flux Payments, Inc. seeks a results-driven Partnerships professional to recruit and onboard referral partners, ISOs, and agents. You will manage the partner portal, train partners on positioning, and track referred merchants from onboarding to live processing.

You’ll own partner economics and ensure payouts are accurate and timely. Based in the US, this is a full-time remote role with HQ in Dover, Delaware, supporting the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments partner channels or strong channel sales elsewhere.
• Understanding of how ISOs and agents think about residuals and service.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage many relationships without drop-off.
• Based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents, ISOs, and referral partners.
• Onboard partners into the partner portal and train them on positioning.
• Track each partner's referred merchants from application to live processing.
• Own partner economics and ensure payouts are accurate and timely.
