Job summary

OpenRouter is hiring a Partner Development Manager to own the long tail of provider conversations and drive onboarding to live integrations. You’ll qualify, scope, and unblock onboarding, speaking with providers daily and coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support.

This is a high-velocity, hands-on role designed to learn partnerships from the inside, with a strong emphasis on action and ownership in a remote-first US environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with model ecosystems and provider landscape.
• Comfort reading API docs and basic integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to move quickly with a high-ownership mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication with partners.
• Early-career interest in developing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Field and qualify inbound provider opportunities across channels.
• Source long-tail providers by outreach to diverse model developers.
• Drive hands-on onboarding from scoping to live integration.
• Read API docs and translate provider needs to Eng/Prod teams.
• Keep pipeline moving with diligent follow-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch providers.
