Job summary

Revyse seeks a seasoned Operator for its vendor credentialing product to manage partner connections, data quality, and contract terms. You will own integration requirements, ensure timely verifications, and oversee payments and documentation processing.

This is a high-leverage role in a fast-growing startup that values clear, evidence-based communication. You will build scalable processes, document systems, and establish an operational backbone to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner operations, integration management, technical program management, business systems, or solutions and implementation.
• You read API documentation without needing a translator and can write a clear integration requirement.
• Experience owning a partner or vendor relationship commercially with SLAs, escalations, renewals.
• Familiar with payment systems (Stripe or comparable) and document processing (OCR or AI extraction).
• Strong analytical skills; SQL is a plus.
• Ability to identify issues with evidence and propose fixes.
• Bonus: exposure to commercial insurance and certificates of insurance, background screening, or other compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with third-party services the credentialing product depends on.
• Track SLAs, turnaround times, data quality, error rates, and cost per transaction.
• Read agreements to understand entitlements, payments, and gaps.
• Run evaluations when replacing or adding partners.
• Translate compliance needs into integration requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build and validate integrations.
• Test integrations and own the change pipeline to prevent workflow breaks.
• Oversee payment operations: fees, collection, retries, failures, and reconciliation.
• Monitor payment success and diagnose failures at the integration level.
• Design operational workflows behind enrollment, verification, renewals, and rechecks.
