Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking a results-driven Partner Sales Manager to own and grow revenue with a defined set of named partners. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, enable partner sellers, and coordinate joint GTM activities with LogicMonitor AEs for shared opportunities.

You’ll work in a global, remote-friendly environment with a focus on accelerating ARR growth and maximizing partner contributions across markets.

Qualifications

2–4 years of partner sales or related SaaS sales experience.
Proven experience supporting or driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Working knowledge of channel sales models and partner programs.
Strong collaboration with AEs and cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented with growing ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Own and grow the LogicMonitor business within named partners.
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and YoY ARR growth.
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for partner sellers.
Drive partner-sourced pipeline through field engagement and joint selling activities.
Execute partner sales programs and enablement, including deal registration.
Participate in partner events to increase opportunity creation.
Orchestrate joint GTM activities with partner capabilities.
Support planning and translate plans into field execution.
Evaluate and prioritize partner events to optimize funding.
Collaborate with AEs to orchestrate partner engagement in opportunities.
Maintain partner account mapping and align selling motions.
Drive deal registration volume and quality through partner engagement.
Track partner performance using KPIs and deliver PX improvements.
