TopDog Law is a fully remote national personal injury firm expanding operations and partnerships across radio, OOH, and creator channels. The Manager, Media & Talent Partnerships leads relationships with radio stations, vendors, and creators, ensuring contract terms, pricing accuracy, and activation for growth in key markets.

You will audit media buys, push for value-added opportunities, and develop sponsorships that extend TopDog Law beyond traditional advertising.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, talent/influencer marketing, radio/OOH media, sponsorships, or related field.
• Knowledge of media buy mechanics—reading affidavits/logs, reconciling invoices against contracted rates, auditing impression delivery.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with external partners—media reps, talent, agents, or creators.
• Strong negotiation and execution skills from pitch through activation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; scrappy, resourceful mindset.

Responsibilities

• Radio & OOH Partnership Management: manage relationships, negotiate placement, pricing, and contract terms.
• Radio & OOH Media Buy Auditing: audit pricing, impressions, and format compliance; drive make-goods.
• Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships: source partnerships and develop creative activations.
• Talent & Creator Relationships: outreach to creators, podcasters, influencers; manage partnerships.
• Market Growth & Activation: develop market opportunities and activations to boost awareness.
