Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to shape the company's growth strategy and expand partnerships across international markets. You will drive client acquisition, manage leads, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to deliver outstanding experience.

You will assess market trends, optimize costs, and represent the company at exhibitions and events, while ensuring resources are aligned to meet business goals and deliver measurable results

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales, Partnership, or BD in financial services.
• Experience achieving results in international markets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and holistic BD vision.
• Proven track record in proactive sales and BD.
• High integrity and dependability.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving global, multi-language environment.
• Collaborates effectively with multiple company functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating the company’s business development strategy.
• Achieve business goals in Uzbekistan.
• Activate and retain Partners.
• Deliver satisfactory customer experience for Clients across Sales and BD.
• Ensure leads are contacted and converted into Active Clients.
• Maintain communication with teams for smooth information flow to/from Clients and BD/Sales.
• Provide strategic recommendations to meet Client needs.
• Assess load andresources to deliver BD strategy.
• Be cost-conscious and optimize BD expenses.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and trade fairs.
