Job summary

Phocas Software is seeking a commercially driven Partner Development Manager to recruit and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives new customer growth. You will recruit partners, enable them to generate pipeline, and manage them toward bookings targets.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Enablement, and requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver win-win partner programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS channel or partner development.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate partner terms.
• Proven capability to deliver partner sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit best-fit partners into Phocas' ecosystem.
• Negotiate terms, margins, and commercial arrangements.
• Develop and deliver joint enablement that builds partner capability.
• Onboard and ramp partnerships to contribute to bookings pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on co-marketing and pipeline development.
• Establish mutual goals and business plans with partners.
• Maintain relationships across partner organizations and measure engagement.
• Migrate legacy partnerships to updated terms and maintain joint value propositions.
• Represent the partner program at events and with external stakeholders.
