Motorola Solutions in Denver seeks a senior Channel Marketing professional to build and execute partner marketing strategies with System Integrators within our video security and access control portfolio. You will drive demand, align with sales, and measure ROI across campaigns.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, content development for partners, and tight management of budgets and events to grow partner loyalty and sales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of channel marketing experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to execute on partner marketing initiatives.
• Drive strategy, planning and execution of marketing through SIs.
• Track and report on campaign metrics to drive future strategy and direction.
• Manage partner budget and MDF to focus on high-impact programs with greatest ROI.
• Identify, create and manage content to enable partners to promote and sell our products.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and channel teams on strategic initiatives.
• Plan and host partner-facing events including conferences and webinars.
• Provide support and answer partner marketing inquiries.
