Job summary

Blue Ventures Conservation is seeking a consultant or small team for a three-to-four-month remote contract to enhance partner experience across training, learning, partnerships, programme performance, data science and advocacy.

The assignment will map the end-to-end partner journey, challenge current arrangements, and deliver a reusable framework for ongoing impact. Remote collaboration and international scope are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in service design, CX, UX or human-centered service transformation.
• Ability to interview partners, analyse workflows and propose improvements.
• Deliver a framework for ongoing use beyond the consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end partner experience with Blue Ventures.
• Interpret current arrangements and propose alternative approaches.
• Develop a framework for ongoing partner support beyond the consultancy.
• Focus on Frontline Community Fund partners and their interactions.
