Job summary

Foxquilt is seeking a Partner Acquisition Specialist to drive agency partnerships and regional wholesale relationships. You will manage appointed agencies, hit revenue targets, and support product and underwriting improvements to scale distribution across North America.

The role offers remote or hybrid work options, with flexibility to align to US time zones, and a focus on building scalable partner experiences in a growing insurance tech startup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in commercial insurance (Insurtech, Underwriting, or Digital Distribution preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, route, and onboard prospective agency appointment requests; identify direct appointment growth opportunities.
• Manage directly appointed agencies to hit revenue targets, ensure contract compliance, and track KPI dashboards.
• Operationalize regional wholesale relationships to drive volume.
• Gather partner feedback and collaborate with Product and Underwriting on platform enhancements.
• Own integration operations – SSO and APIs where applicable.
