Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to expand and manage strategic partner relationships across SMBs in the United States. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, cross-functional collaboration, and driving revenue through referrals with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors.

The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, build trust, and operate with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMBs.
• Create and build strategic referral networks for lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to run initiatives (events, emails, webinars) to promote partner sales.
• Work with partners to set business goals and track pipeline and revenue metrics.
