Job summary

NASCAR Event Management seeks a Part-Time Track Services Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for track services, operations, and race control. The role covers incident response, cleanup, and track readiness with up to 90% travel during the season.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years in fast-paced settings, and a valid driver’s license. Motorsports experience is preferred; CDL may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in a fast-paced setting.
• Motorsports experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to respond quickly to on-track incidents and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between NASCAR competition and racetracks on track services and operations items.
• Be Chase Vehicle Official at NASCAR National/Regional Series and ARCA events.
• Respond to on-track incidents during all sessions.
• Lead on-track cleanup, fire/EMS, recovery, and restoration efforts.
• Lead on-track repairs and track drying activities.
• Inspect tracks and equipment to NASCAR standards.
• Run daily Track Services Meetings with track staff.
• Attend pre/post-event meetings and trainings.
• Complete reports and administrative tasks.
• Maintain maintenance and logistics tasks in Concord, NC area.
