Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate for Grants Pass, OR, to drive sales and merchandising in a remote, store-based role. It requires visiting 6–10 accounts daily, traveling in-territory, and maintaining distribution with in-store promos.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of merchandising experience or a strong sales background, a valid US driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle for mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years food merchandising preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey items in assigned territory.
• Execute merchandising plans and build displays to increase distribution.
• Report weekly activities, expenses, account changes, and promotions.
• Report daily activities using tablets and complete day end summaries.
• Travel across the territory to visit 6–10+ accounts per day.
