Job summary

Paradigm Nat'l is seeking a part-time Project Manager – Technology & Systems Delivery to oversee a portfolio of technology implementations, infrastructure projects, and IT asset management for life sciences clients. The role emphasizes delivering within a limited weekly schedule and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will manage scope, budget, risk, and communication, with 16 hours per week and occasional on-site attendance in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience delivering technology implementations or enterprise systems.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cybersecurity, cloud, data/AI, and integration.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and enterprise integration methods.
• Strong PM fundamentals: charters, RAID logs, status reporting, budgets and resources.
• Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project and Jira.
• Experience in life sciences or regulated environments desirable.
• Availability to work up to 16 hours/week with on-site in Cambridge, MA ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle from initiation to change control.
• Maintain accountability for progress, risks, dependencies, and issues with updates to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, client IT/security, and vendors.
• Organise requirements sessions, planning meetings, design discussions, and validation workshops.
• Monitor budget utilisation, resource allocation, forecasting, and scope changes.
• Apply PM standards while adapting reporting and governance to each engagement.
