Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional pharma/biotech technology initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with Clinical Operations, R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Finance.

This contract role offers a hybrid schedule with three days on site in Fall River, MA, and opportunities to shape PMO processes, governance, and regulatory-compliant IT programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Direct Pharma/Biotech industry experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise technology projects.
• Experience with IT applications, infrastructure, system implementations, migrations.
• R&D & laboratory systems experience including GLP/GMP tech.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV/CSA, change control and regulated IT environments.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid PM methodologies.
• PMO governance, portfolio management, and delivery standards.
• Experience with Smartsheet and enterprise project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Veeva, ERP, HRIS and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP or Scrum Master certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive enterprise technology implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
• Establish project governance, reporting standards, and delivery best practices.
• Proactively identify challenges and dependencies to keep projects moving forward.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business teams across functions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and change management activities.
• Ensure initiatives align with quality, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mature PMO governance, Stage Gate processes, and portfolio visibility.
