House Buyers of America is seeking a Part Time Contract Recruiter for a 100% remote role. You will recruit high-quality talent across channels, screen applicants, and coordinate with outside agencies as needed. The position averages 20–30 hours per week.

Minimum 3–5 years recruiting, with a mix of agency and in-house experience, and at least 1 year freelance/contract work is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree and good computer skills are required.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Good computer skills required.

Mansioni

• Recruit candidates through multiple means: networking, cold calling, ads, job fairs, college campuses, and more.
• Screen all candidates in HR system and maintain it daily.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
• Train managers and executives on networking and recruiting best practices.
