Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates directly through multiple means.
• Screen all candidates through HR system and maintain system daily.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
• Train all managers and executives on how to network for and recruit talent.
• Assist with updating HR policy.
