Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter for a part-time, 100% remote role. You will recruit top talent through networking, advertising, colleges, job fairs, and other creative methods, while screening resumes and coordinating with outside agencies as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of recruiting experience (agency and in-house), at least one year of freelance or contract work, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience preferred.
• Freelance or contract experience encouraged for long-term path.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses and other methods to build a continual pipeline.
• Screen all candidates in HR system and maintain the database daily.
• Hire and manage search firms to recruit talent.
• Train managers and executives on effective networking and recruiting.
• Assist with HR technology selection, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
• Update HR policies as needed.
