Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a part-time Senior Client-Side Project Manager to oversee a SaaS implementation and Oracle NetSuite integration. This remote, contract role requires governance of vendor relationships, risk management, and cross-functional coordination through go-live and stabilization.

The ideal candidate will manage data migration scope, lead UAT activities, and coordinate with finance/IT and external services to ensure a successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven track record in ERP-integrations oversight.
• Strong vendor governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and vendor oversight, review plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with VP sponsor, project lead, and SMEs for reviews and approvals.
• Oversee data migration scope and validation across platforms.
• Coordinate NetSuite integration activities with client teams and vendors.
• Plan client participation in UAT, training readiness, and go-live readiness.
• Support go-live, stabilization, and post-launch handover.
